IMPORTANT DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
If you are installed on 64 bit Windows 7 you will need to download SQL Express from Microsoft from this link BEFORE you install Patient Tracker.
Install the second DOWNLOAD on that paged called SQLServer2005SP2-KB921896-x64-ENU.exe
You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
To install this product:

Download Patient Tracker™ Desktop Professional by clicking the "Download Now" button (above). When prompted, select
"Save this program to disk." Note the folder
to which you are saving the product.

Once the download is complete, double-click the PTPWDRGProMCSetup.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.

This setup no longer includes the Pocket PC/Windows CE or Palm installers. If you want to install those, please go to the downloads page and download those installers separately.

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Note: You may be required to restart your computer when installation
is completed.
- You are now ready to run the application for the
first time!
When you first run Patient Tracker Desktop, you will be
prompted for a username and password. Please enter the following (you will be able to change this later):
Username: admin
Password: admin
Congratulations! You now have installed Patient
Tracker Desktop Professional!
